I’ve just finished my cinnamon apple and almonds oatmeal
In 10 minutes I’ll go to the gym, and do 1 hr of cardio, 40 mins of lifts and 15 of stretching.. I like going to the gym, and it’s for me easier than going running, but I do both

My day was excellent, until I started cooking risotto for dinner and I ate one cracker. And then ate other, and other. I ate a lot. And after dinner, I made some tea. And I ate cookies. SHIT.
Ok, relaxxxxx, tomorrow is monday, you’ll get up, make an oatmeal for breakfast, go to the gym, then cook lunch, and then go, RUNNING, to the park with your friends. Keep calm. Tomorrow will be an awesome day. Just keep calm.
I don’t know why I am so stupid and ruin it after having dinner. I need my routine, and classes to start. SHIT.
