Day 3

6.30 Green apple, cinnamon oatmeal 

9.30 peach cereal bar

13.00  soy schnitzel + salad + avocado

17.00 green tea + banana + 3 little rice cakes

21.00 chicken breast and veggies wok + one slice of whole grain brad

(and today, again I ate in excess some crackers… but I’m learning not to eat out of boredom…..after 6 months of healthy living hahaha)

3 km in 20 minutes running in the treadmill, 30 minutes elliptical machine, 45 minutes of aerobic dance and abs workout

These days I don’t know if I will be able to use tumblr, my best friend (who lives at a veery long distance) comes to stay in my house for some days.. because we’re on holidays on thursday and friday.. so it will be a long weekend :D

Day 2

Tooooooday was great because I went to one friend’s house, today it was his birthday, and I didn’t touch a piece of cake!!! :D I’m happy because I’m coming from very bad weeks and it wouldn’t be a ‘treat’ to eat a piece of cake because I’ve done it for weeks. No more excuses

Today’s menu:

6.30 am banana almonds and cinnamon oatmeal

9.30 am healthy cereal bar

12.30 pm  1/2 chicken breast, 1/2 potatoe, pumpkin, carrots and onions steamed 

17.00 pm 2 rice cakes with jam and one orange

21.00 pm Tuna salad and avocado toast (I’ve eaten some crackers but not binged, what’s a progress because I always binge with them)

Workout

1 hour of elliptical machine, legs and arms workout

pre-shower photo time! starting to get that muscle thing going on in my back! Now I’m gonna get mushy for a second. I look at these pictures and even though I’m new to this I see a lot of potential, and that makes me so happy and hopeful. I get really excited when I realize that this is only the beginning of this journey. Now that I’ve found this lifestyle I’m gonna get to keep building and creating a better body but also keep learning to love myself more for the rest of my future. For hopefully years to come. And even though I’m not totally comfortable with where I am now and I’m not always positive, I’m working on it. I’m realizing that there’s no deadline, no rush, only progress. And that is awesome. Okay. End mushiness.
